Terms and Conditions of the Streetwave/Toys'R'us Lucky Draw Program

The terms and conditions of the Streetwave/Toys'R'us Lucky Draw Program (“Program”) are as follows:

1. The Program is offered by Streetwave Pte Ltd (“Streetwave”) and is open to all participants who have purchase Swaveboards at all Toys'R'us outlets and have register the lucky draw, on or between 06 May to 7 June 2010 (Singapore time). The Program, is valid for a period from 06 May to 7 June 2010 (hereinafter “the Promotion Period”).

2. During the Promotional Period, the Program offers members the opportunity of winning 4 sets of 2 tickets to Universal Studio Singapore worth $144.00, in a lucky draw upon properly completing the registration form and dropping it into the lucky draw box. Streetwave may, at its sole discretion, substitute or replace any prizes with any other prizes of equal or similar value (in kind) selected by Streetwave without any prior notice.

3. A participating member of the Program may win a prize only once. All winners will be decided entirely through drawing of lots. Drawing of lots for the lucky winners shall be performed by the Project Manager of Streetwave, whose decision shall be final and binding. No communication in any manner from any members shall be entertained in this regard.

4. Chances of wining are as follows

   1. Swaveboard Junior Edition equals to one chance

   2. Swaveboard Elite Edition equals to one chance

5. Streetwave shall communicate the results of the lucky draw to the winners by e-mail or SMS (short messaging) alerts or as determined by Streetwave, from time to time. The results of the lucky draw will be published on 15 June 2010 on www.streetwave.sg.

6. The prizes offered under this Program are non-transferable and cannot be en-cashed or exchanged for cash or any other items.

7. Winners may collect their prizes in person at #13-03 Shaw Towers Singapore 189702 upon (i) prior appointment and (ii) verification against registration details.

8. A winners shall collect his or her prize on or before 31 September 2010 (Singapore time); otherwise the right to do so shall be forfeited. Each participating member of the Program shall co-operate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of Streetwave relating to the lucky draw and agrees that Streetwave may publicize his or her name and/or photograph in such mode and manner as Streetwave considers fit.

9. Streetwave makes no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, with regard to the type, quality or fitness of the goods and/or services provided or that may be provided by any retailers or stores under the respective coupons. All winners shall observe the terms and conditions and deadlines of the relevant coupons specified by the respective issuers.

10. Save as stated in paragraph 7 (i) above, all participating members of the Program shall refrain from communicating or attempting to do so regarding the results of the lucky draw.

11. All participating members of the Program shall refrain from:

    1. making any demands against Streetwave and from holding Streetwave responsible or liable on account of any deficiency or defect in the products or services given as prizes to any participating members of the Program;

    2. making any demands against Streetwave and from holding Streetwave responsible or liable in respect of or arising out of any use or non-use of the said products/services; and

    3. raising any disputes or instituting any claims, demands or legal actions with respect to the said products/services against Streetwave.

       and hereby expressly waive all the above rights.

12. All participating members of the Program agree to direct any complaints with regard to the goods or services offered under any coupons to the issuers of the relevant coupons.

13. All participating members of the Program agree that Streetwave's decision on all matters relating to the Program including the lucky draw shall be at its absolute discretion and shall be final and binding on all participants, and that no correspondence shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Program, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

14. Streetwave reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, modify or change or vary any or all the terms and conditions stated herein, and the same shall be binding on all participating members of the Program.

15. The terms and conditions mentioned herein shall not override anything inconsistent to the same contained in the Terms of Use of www.streetwave.sg.

16. Ticket is Valid from 1st July to 30th September 2010.

17. Voucher includes one-day pass tickets to Universal Studios for 02 persons.

18. Black-out dates, where tickets are dated and no amendments allowed after issuance 7-9 August, 10-12 September & 5-7 November (all dates inclusive).

19. Anything above the specified amount the holder must top-up the difference.

20. Refund is not applicable if utilized less than the voucher value.

21. Strictly No extension of voucher is allowed.

22. Voucher is not exchangeable for other services and is non-transferable. Neither will it be replaceable if lost or damaged.

23. Strictly for one (01) redemption per booking and not to be used in-conjunction with other in-house promotion.

24. Please present the Original voucher upon redemption.

25. This program is not open to employees of Streetwave and anyone directly connected with the lucky draw and Streetwave reserves the sole and absolute discretion to exclude any customer (who would otherwise be eligible) whose application(s) are deemed by Streetwave in its absolute discretion to be sub-standard, doubtful, bad or delinquent or not conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner from the program.
